Kishen Mangat joined Boulder Ventures in 2022 with 25 years of operating experience as a founder and executive in startup and corporate environments. He currently serves on the boards of Symmera, Inc. and Spectrum Effect, Inc.
Prior to Boulder Ventures, Kishen was VP/GM, Mobility at Cisco Systems. He led multiple technology and business model transitions at scale and oversaw development of Cisco’s 5G portfolio.
Prior to Cisco, Kishen was Founder of BroadHop, Inc., a pioneer of 4G service control technology. Kishen was responsible for BroadHop’s global go-to-market, field sales, and support operations. In 2013, BroadHop was acquired by Cisco Systems. Kishen was also co-founder of Amigo Systems (sold to POST) and STS Hotel Net (sold to CAIS Internet).
Kishen received his B.A. in Economics from Colorado College, where he previously served as a Trustee. Kishen is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Access Fund, the national organization responsible for ensuring sustainable access and conservation of climbing resources.
Kishen is an active climber and alpinist, having logged notable ascents across the globe over the past 30 years.
